My goodness what a spread of delicious desserts We saw last week!!  And how great to see you make profiteroles and put pistachio cream inside!! But to the novice cook who has always dreamt of making them this was a privilege. 

It was a wonderful event and run so smoothly thanks to all our efforts but mostly your prep and organisation and ideas so thank you.  Marion is delighted and still getting thank you and birthday cards through the door.
