Every year I organize for Hatchards a champagne reception for several hundred authors. Sarah Port completely takes the heartache out of the culinary side of this high-profile event. We decide on a canapé selection and then I know 100% that I can leave everything to Sarah and her team. It is all achieved in the most efficient and effective way and on the day the service is charming and courteous. We would not hold the reception without Sarah’s food!
