Sarah was recommended to me by a business colleague and friend. She prepared a surprise dinner party for 12 for my wife; the food was outstanding, being artistic and plentiful. From the first conversation, Sarah was completely professional and organised, responsive, creative and flexible. She and her waiting staff were fun, courteous and fitted in perfectly. They worked effortlessly in our home, then left the place clean and tidy and the following day all the crockery, glassware and utensils were collected. Our guests are still gushing about the fine food and service…and so is my wife!

Sarah Port and her team at the Canapé Collection have catered for us for over 12 years, handling a range of events from cocktail parties and buffets, to Thanksgiving dinner. The canapés are always exquisite and delicious, the menus original, seasonal and appropriate. The service is always superb with exceptional attention to detail. We thoroughly recommend her and her team.

Sarah, the fact that you over-provided is testament to your generous approach. We would much rather there be left-overs (we enjoyed a delicious Thai green curry Sunday lunch!) than feel that there was not enough. I think Rosie has said this already but I’ll say it again. We were absolutely delighted with the quality, freshness and presentation of the food. Several of our guests have since commented on how brilliant it was, and I’d be surprised if at some future date you didn’t get another client or two out of us. I must add that your team were also exceptional – efficient, charming, willing and immensely hard working.

We have known Sarah for ten years and used the Canapé Collection for
various different parties, from small dinners to more recently a 40th
birthday party in a club in Brick Lane. Her food is always delicious,
clean distinctive flavours and beautifully presented. She is an
absolute delight to chat to and work out menus with as she listens and
is attentive to details. Her staff couldn’t be friendlier or less
obtrusive. Added to which we believe her to be good value for
money. We can’t recommend her highly enough!
You won’t regret using her.

Sarah Port and her team at the Canapé Collection have catered half a dozen Christmas parties for us. The food is always delicious and the service is both efficient and charming. The Canapé Collection takes all the sweat out of giving a party and means that the hosts can enjoy every moment with their guests. We would recommend the Canapé Collection to anyone who is planning a party.

We would recommend The Canapé Collection highly. They catered a large and special wedding anniversary for us. Pre-event planning was very good – nothing was too much trouble. Organisation and service on the day was excellent and very friendly. The food was outstanding. And it was all very good value. Impeccable!

Sarah and her team have been catering for our boardroom and staff lunches, buffets, barbeques and canapé receptions from 4 to 150 guests, in three of our London locations for over ten years and they have never let us down. Sarah always produces fabulous food – a miracle given our somewhat limited catering facilities! It is a relief to know that once the booking is in the diary, it will all just happen…..

We have used Canapé Collection for 20 years or more for in-house lunches and dinners in the West End.

We have asked Sarah Port and her team to perform in some very interesting but tricky venues to cook and serve in, and they have always come up trumps with delicious food, minimum fuss and charming service.

Every year I organize for Hatchards a champagne reception for several hundred authors. Sarah Port completely takes the heartache out of the culinary side of this high-profile event. We decide on a canapé selection and then I know 100% that I can leave everything to Sarah and her team. It is all achieved in the most efficient and effective way and on the day the service is charming and courteous. We would not hold the reception without Sarah’s food!

Sarah has worked for us for over twelve years, initially as our in-house caterer, and later as external caterer providing catering services for all our functions. We have always been extremely pleased with Sarah’s services. The most recent event was the catering for 425 guests for our annual Client reception within the Royal Exchange. The quality of her service and of her catering was impeccable, and the presentation first class.
